Informatics
The goal of the Informatics study program is for the student to acquire competencies that are a function of the quality performance of professional and scientific activities in the field of computer science and informatics.
The purpose of the Informatics study program is to educate students for the profession of Master of Informatics and train them to apply modern models and applications in the field of computer science and informatics.
Duration of studies: Master's academic studies of the Informatics study program last 1 year (2 semesters), evaluated with 60 ECTS. The total number of hours of active teaching is 60 hours.
Enrollment requirements: The Master of Academic Studies of the Informatics study program is intended for students who have completed four-year academic studies (240 ESPB). The conditions for enrollment in the study program are given in the University Statute.
Outcome of the learning process: Through theoretical and practical teaching, students should be able to successfully implement their knowledge in the field of computer science and to independently perform scientific research in this field and related disciplines. In the course of daily work, students will be able to design and implement software solutions and models, to improve existing models, to test them, to market them and to evaluate the effects of their application in working with different categories of users.
Professional academic title: Master of Informatics (Mast.inform.).
